A - CHEST CIRCUMFERENCE (CM) *

Maximum horizontal perimeter measured on a standing subiect breathing normally. using a tape measure passing under the shoulder blades, under the armpits and across the chest.

B - WAIST CIRCUMFERENCE (CM) *

Maximum horizontal measurement on a person standing and breathing normally using a tape measure level with the navel.

C - HEIGHT MEAUREMENT OVER THE SHOULDER (CM) *

Length measured with a tape measure from the navel passing over the shoulder to the same point on the back.

D - WAIST TO SHOULDER LENGTH (CM) *

Distance measured on the person's back from the waist to the shoulder line, measured with a tape measure.

This document outlines the terms and conditions for the purchase and use of any equestrian airbag vest purchased from Amazeballs Equestrian, a division of Atlantic Tech Group (Pty) Ltd. By purchasing and using this vest, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: You understand and accept that horse riding is an inherently dangerous activity with inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and other injuries. You acknowledge that the equestrian airbag vest is designed to mitigate some of these risks, but it is not a guarantee of safety or a substitute for proper riding technique, training, and responsible horsemanship.

Limitation of Liability: Amazeballs Equestrian, a division of Atlantic Tech Group (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use, or misuse of the equestrian airbag vest, even if such injury, death, loss, or damage is caused in whole or in part by the negligence of Amazeballs Equestrian, a division of Atlantic Tech Group (Pty) Ltd, its employees, or agents.

Product Limitations: You understand that the airbag vest has limitations and may not prevent all injuries in all situations. You acknowledge that the effectiveness of the vest can be affected by factors such as the nature of the fall, the speed of impact, and the fit of the vest on the user.

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring the proper fit, maintenance, and use of the airbag vest according to the manufacturer’s instructions. You are also responsible for understanding the risks of horse riding and for taking all necessary precautions to minimise those risks.

By purchasing and using any equestrian airbag vest, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this liability waiver and agree to its terms and conditions.
